Lee Kang To is an ambitious and callous Korean officer employed by the Japanese colonists. Despite his mother's disapproval of his work and his own brother's antagonistic history with the Japanese, Kang To continues to play by the colonist's rules in hopes of becoming successful and bringing his family out of poverty. However, a mysterious figure wearing a traditional Bridal Mask always seems to get in Kang To's way. The Bridal Mask appears as a Zorro-like figure who protects the people from the Japanese colonists' oppression and abuse of power. An unexpected turn of events brings Kang To to cross paths with the mysterious Bridal Mask, changing his future and the nation's history forever. Episode 1: The Bridal Mask Episode 1
Kang To captures a notorious rebel and is promoted. But when Gaksital helps the rebel escape, the case is transferred to Kang To, which angers a few people.
Episode 2: The Bridal Mask Episode 2
Gaksital attacks the person who was hired to kill Kang To. Kang To is arrested because they believe he's on Gaksital's group. Shunji helps Kang To escape from jail.

Kimura Shunji became superintendent in the police station and Gaksital appeared again wich lead Kimura Taro to be investigated by Kang To basing on Konno's order. Mok Dan made sure that Gaksital is the young master that she have been waiting for and she asked him to help her father (Dam Sa Ri) and the freedom fighters with their mission.
Episode 10: The Bridal Mask Episode 10
Kang To have to watch Mok Dan 24 hours after an order from Kimura Shunji who joined the Kishokai in order to catch Gaksital. President Jo took the joeson's market deeds and Gaksital appeared to stop him. Mok Dan and Gaksital meet at the forest and she asks him oce again to help her father.

Kang To keep watching Mok Dan and she tries to kill him then Shunji orders him to take her in the police station and torture her. Rara desguises as a nun in order to get close to Mok Dan and find out more informations only to find out that Kang To loves the last. One of the freedom fighters try to kill Kang To at the club only to be caught and tortured at the police station then Gaksital decide to save him but the way out of the police station isn't easy ...
Episode 12: The Bridal Mask Episode 12
The freedom fighter lost his life in order to save Gaksital and this last decided to help Dam Sa Ri in his mission on the day of the Japan-Korea annexation commemoration. The freedom fighters stole weapons from the police station with the indirect help of Gaksital. Mok Dan held a gun against Shunji in order to save Gaksital.

Shunji, Kimura Taro and Goiso became super suspicious about Kang To and tries to hide everything from him. In the Japan-Korean annexation commemoration, Dam Sa Ri got caught by Shunji but Gaksital appeared near the end of the episode to fix some things.

Episode 15: The Bridal Mask Episode 15
Shunji overhears Kang To use the name Boon Yi, Mok Dan's childhood name. Aware that Mok Dan?s "Young Master" is Gaksital, he contemplates and starts to suspect Kang To. He sets a trap for Kang To to prove his suspicions, almost thwarted when Ra Ra catches Mok Dan first. She concedes and lets Mok Dan go but warns Shunji not to fail, who returns the threat to RaRa if she compromises his plan. The trap works and Kang To reaches Mok Dan just before a gun wielding Shunji arrives.
Episode 16: The Bridal Mask Episode 16
Declaring his love for Mok Dan deflects the accusation that Kang To is Gaksital. Shunji interrogates him and Kang To explains when and how he fell for Mok Dan. He also points out that Dam Sa Ri ordered the attack at the nightclub, which spins Shunji into a storm of confusion and regret. Despite Kang To and Shunji?s protest, Konno orders Dam Sa Ri to be executed. Kang To plays escort to assist in an escape but the entourage is confronted by the freedom fighters assisting Dam Sa Ri.
Episode 17: The Bridal Mask Episode 17
Shunji and crew show up, causing Kangto?s plan to rescue Dam SaRi to fail. He is once again ordered to be executed, leaving Kangto to wonder who is backing Shunji. He finds where Shunji had been hiding MokDan and to her anger and disbelief, he confesses that he is Young Master. RaRa captures MokDan with the intention of killing her but Gaksital comes to her rescue. She escapes and anxiously waits for Gaksital to return safely to her in the forest.
Episode 18: The Bridal Mask Episode 18
Kangto confesses to Mok Dan how he came to put on the mask. While he heals, she protects him by returning to the Asuko Hotel where Shunji promises to protect her. He continues his defiance towards RaRa while her father personally pays the Kishokai a visit. Kangto goes missing from his post while Shunji fights the notion that his disappearance is related to Mok Dan as Dam SaRi?s execution date nears. Chaos ensues at the public execution, ending with Gaksital?s appearance.
Episode 19: The Bridal Mask Episode 19
While the smoke clears from Dam Sa Ri?s chaotic rescue, a shakeup ensues within the Jong Ro Police station. Kang To cleverly approaches RaRa in his quest to find the source of Shunji?s power, his plan in jeopardy when the new chief dismisses him for being Korean.
Episode 20: The Bridal Mask Episode 20
KangTo is forced out of the unit as he tries to use RaRa as a way into Kishokai. Koiso finally divulges that Kenji was behind KangTo?s mother?s death. This points Shunji back in the direction of him being Gaksital as the two engage in a battle of wits. RaRa uses an opportunity to find out for herself, shocked but protects his identity for now. She wonders if she will regret it as she points a gun at Gaksital whom is in the midst of saving young girls from being shipped off as Comfort Women.
Episode 21: The Bridal Mask Episode 21
RaRa pleads with KangTo to stop what he?s doing, but he refuses and feels sorry for her who is as hungry for power as he had once been. The comrades prepare for Dam SaRi?s return but this time he won?t come alone, bringing their leader Yang Baek with him. Kangto finds himself once again in Shunji?s sights when he returns to an empty Jong Ro Station after another righteous and vengeful appearance by Gaksital.
Episode 22: The Bridal Mask Episode 22
RaRa is given one last chance to catch Gaksital as Shunji is assigned to catch Yang Bae. Shunji creates a plan to unmask Gaksital with hopes that he will lead him to Yang Bae and the elusive Dong Jin who Yang Bae risked his life to meet. His plan working, Shunji finds the fallen Gaksital on an empty street after a battle with Kishokai?s fiercest warrior, ready to prove his suspicions correct.
Episode 23: The Bridal Mask Episode 23
Shunji unmasks Gaksital and confirms his suspicions of Lee Kang To. RaRa visits Oh Mok Dan and pleads her to runaway with Kang To in order to survive, or else RaRa will have no other choice but to kill him. Shunji decides to pretend he doesn't know that Kang To is Gaksital, in order to catch Yang Baek and Dong Ji. Lee Kang To comes up with a plan to confuse Shunji and the rest by disguising one of the comerades as Gaksital.
Episode 24: The Bridal Mask Episode 24
Dong Jin's squad member (Deuk Soo) is captured and interrogated by Kang To, Kang To reveals to him that he is Gaksital. Kang To tells Deuk Soo to give Shunji false information; "Dong Jin and Yang Baek's plans are to bomb the Government General Building", in order to distract the police and for them to be able to steal money collected for the Imperial Army that is to be given to the Japs. Mok Dan figures out that Shunji knows that Kang To is Garksital, and tells Kang To.
Episode 25: The Bridal Mask Episode 25
Kang to decides to pretend not to know Shunji knows he is Gaksital, and returns to the police station in order to steal weapons from the armory. Shunji catches on to Kang To's plan to steal the weapons and sets up a plan to stop them. While trying to runaway with the weapons Shunji captures Gaksital, and Kang To being Gaksital is reveal. Shunji tortures Kang To, to find out Dong Jin and Yang Baek's hideout. Comrades plan to save Kang To...
Episode 26: The Bridal Mask Episode 26
The freedom fighters manage to rescue Gaksital while devising a plan for Yong Baek and Dong Jin?s escape. Dam SaRi sacrifices himself to create a diversion but fails to keep his promise to MokDan. Shunji finds Kangto?s mountain hideout and shows his father the pictures from the walls. Kimura Taro figures out Kangto?s true identity and decides that one of them would have to die before the conflict is put to an end. He readies himself as Gaksital prepares for a final confrontation.
Episode 27: The Bridal Mask Episode 27
Kang To avenges his father by finishing off Kimura Taro's life. Dong Jin Death Squad and Gaksital plan to attact the Farewell Ceremony fot the 1st troop of Student Soldiers, in order to acquire more men to fight against the Japs. Shunji is aware of their plans to attact the ceremony and infiltrates two men as student soldiers to find out Yong Baek and Dong Jin's hideout. Shunji prepares to attact their hideout.
Episode 28: The Bridal Mask Episode 28
Shunji arrives at Kang To and Mok Dan's wedding ceremony; Shunji points his gun at Kang To and Mok Dan takes the bullet for him. Shunji's men kill all Don Jin Death Squad and Student Soldiers. News is spread over town that Don Jin Death Squad and Gaksital are all dead. Gaksital kills Chairman Ueno, saving Rara's life. Shunji and Kang To meet for the last time, Shunji ends his life by shooting himself in the head. Joseon people uprise and takeover.
