In the end it turns out he is suffers from a disease called Hutchinson-Gilford Syndrome (which makes him seem older than his age) and is killing with the help of his female friend who is suffering from Highlander Syndrome (which makes the body stop ageing).
Episode 4: God's Quiz Episode 4
Yeo Rang, a girl who was caught after murdering her Shaman mom, but claims she is possessed. Because Yeo Rang did not want to acknowledge she was possessed to become a Shaman, her mother used to beat her. And her brother and boyfriend were sympathetic with her and tried to save her but she refused. Later, her boyfriend confess to the crime in order to save her, but she was the actual murder.
