The story revolves around the 38-year-old Usa Shijimi, who is a high school classical literature teacher. Her students are mean to her, but they don’t realize that she has another identity. Outside school, she lies about her age to be active as the super popular 17-year-old idol Watanabe Mayu, whom the students adore. (Source: Tokyograph)
Episode 1: Saba Doru Episode 1
Usa Shijimi is finding it hard to keep her secret identity hidden. which isn't helped by a surprise interview which she narrowly escapes. She then finds out she being transferred to 'Nogizaka46'.
Episode 2: Saba Doru Episode 2
Utamaro guest appears on Watanabe Mayu's radio show, which makes Usa Shijimi question her teaching job. She starts to train with Nogizaka46 and officially tells the newspapers she's transferring which sends shockwaves around her fans.
Episode 3: Saba Doru Episode 3
Mayu's fans are upset with her for switching to a newbie group. Nogiaka46 gets overshadowed by Mayu's popularity, which isn't helped when she gets locked in a locker at school and misses an appointment. Mayu texts Utamaro who gets the wrong impression.
Episode 4: Saba Doru Episode 4
Watanabe Mayu phones Utamaro for support. She then fights to be part of her new group. After being accepted into the group she gets a phone call from her manager about a solo debut.
Episode 5: Saba Doru Episode 5
Usa Shijimi realises she has failed her students as a teacher. And has to choose between supporting her students or taking on a 6 hour long radio show for her solo debut. Usa Asari's boyfriend is introduced as a fan of Mayu, and later Usa Shijimi steals his bike causing him to register the smell of her.
Episode 6: Saba Doru Episode 6
Mayu's boss sets her up to be photographed with Utamaro making it look like they are dating to boost her image. Usa Asari's boyfriend is still smelling around for Usa Shijimi (literally).
