Cha Kang Jin is the son of barmaid, Cha Chun Hee. His life is difficult as he gets into fights and has to watch other people push his mother around yet he can't do anything to stop it. He met Han Ji Wan when they were teens but they weren't able to continue their relationship as Ji Wan ran away. He meets Ji Wan 8 years later, when he's attending her engagement ceremony to Park Tae Joon. However, he is heartbroken as Ji Wan pretends to not remember him at all.

When Ji Wan meets Kang Jin & they don?t hit it off, especially now that he is dating Yoon Ju (the boyfriend-stealer & her enemy). So Ji Wan comes up with a silly plan, she?ll steal Kang-jin away from Yoon-ju and then when she?s won Kang-jin over, she?ll dump him.

Ji Wan leaves her home after her brother's death. 8 years has pass since anyone heard anything from her. Kang Jin, who now lives in Seoul has to attend his co-worker Tae Joon's engagement cermony. There he runs into Ji Wan, who happens to be the fiancée.
Episode 3: Will It Snow for Christmas? Episode 3
Tae Joon never shows up to the ceremony because he is with Woo Jeong his ex-girlfriend. Meanwhile at ceremony Ji Wan pretends not to know who Kang Jin is.
Episode 4: Will It Snow for Christmas? Episode 4
Ji Wan, after waking up at Gang Jin’s apartment, is confused about how she got there. At that moment, Tae Jun comes back to his apartment to give back Gang Jin’s car keys. He’s surprised to see Ji Wan there. Gang Jin tells him that Ji Wan was sleeping in front of Tae Jun’s house, so he had no choice but to take her to his place. He continues by saying Ji Wan should go to a hospital and that he’ll take her there, which makes both Tae Jun and Ji Wan flustered. (Source: Kocowa)

While Gang Jin is on a run, listening to music through his earphones, he recalls what Ji Wan said. Sweaty from his run, Gang Jin returns to his apartment and finds Ji Wan waiting in front of his door. Gang Jin takes a look at the fliers that Ji Wan posted at the bus stop and sees the pendant on them, bringing back memories of his younger days. Meanwhile, Ji Wan goes to the market and sees some dried persimmons from Sanchung, which also brings back more memories. During that time, Tae Jun went to visit Ji Wan’s residence to learn that Gang Jin was fixing her room, which makes him jealous, but then he gets even angrier when he sees his gift to Ji Wan still unopened. Heading towards the cafe, Tae Jun is shocked to see Gang Jin and Ji Wan holding each other tightly. As expected, Ji Wan is flustered and speechless with tears while Gang Jin looks straight at her with determination and warns her he will visit her every day and listen to her speak. Gang Jin enters the police station and walks towards a drunk Ji Wan talking to Tae Jun with a hardened expression. He’s deeply shocked after he hears that Ji Wan’s brother died while trying to find his pendant. One year later, Ji Wan goes to meet an old lady in the village to give her acupuncture treatment and help with the laundry and other tasks. Right at that moment, Tae Jun appears and offers to help. Ji Wan smiles, thankful for the extra hand. While Ji Wan and Tae Jun are drying the laundry together, Tae Jun asks her to congratulate him for his product winning first place. Ji Wan kicks at Gang Jin’s apartment door. Just then, Gang Jin comes out and calmly asks if she’s been eating well. Ji Wan scowls at him, but Gang Jin nonchalantly says he’s not afraid of her. Just then, Woo Jung appears and asks if Gang Jin was helping Tae Jun out of his love for Ji Wan, which flusters Gang Jin and Ji Wan as well. Gang Jin takes Chun Hee, who just arrived at the atelier, to a hotel room. She asks him if he has forgotten who his mother is. He points out that she gave up everything and left him three years ago. Ji Wan tells Gang Jin not to feel guilty over what happened to Ji Yong. After she hears what was said, Yeong Suk trembles with eyes suddenly filled with rage. Surprised, Gang Jin tries to grab her hand, but she pushes him away. Going into her room, Yeong Suk recalls her memories with Gang Jin, which gives her a painful headache. Ji Wan tells Gang Jin she will take her mother Yeong Suk to live with her, which confuses Gang Jin and Yeong Suk. In addition, she wants Gang Jin to make up his mind, which only aches his heart. Meanwhile, Woo Jung asks Yeong Suk where Gang Jin is. He’s surprised to hear her say that he’s outside. After that, she informs Gang Jin that Yeong Suk doesn’t see him as Ji Yong anymore.
