Episode 1: Remember: War of the Son Episode 1
Seo Jin Woo, who is a high school student, lives with his father, Jae Hyuk. Jin Woo has a condition called hyperthymesia. While Jin Woo was going to participate in a TV show, he is accused of stealing a wallet by a law student called Lee In Ah. By using his condition, he is able to prove his innocence and inform the police about the real thief. However, later that day his father Jae Hyuk, who works as a janitor, goes missing all night. In the morning, Jae Hyuk, who forgot where he is and what he was doing all night, finds their neighbor Oh Jung Ah murdered in the forest. In the night before, Jung Ah was secretly working as a singer in a party hosted by a wealthy chaebol called Nam Gyu Man. After the discovery of the body, this becomes nationwide news and Jae Hyuk is caught as the main suspect. Jae Hyuk doesn’t remember anything but is forced to confess.
Episode 2: Remember: War of the Son Episode 2
Jae Hyuk goes for trial, however, his public attorney has a stuttering problem and can't defend him properly. Attorney Park Dong Ho, a gangster attorney who has 100% win rate, sees the trial. Attorney Dong Ho on the other hand, is working on a case where one the gangsters punched Gyu Man, the wealthy chaebol. Attorney Dong Ho then manages to take pictures of him being beaten and threatened by Gyu Man, to use it for blackmailing. Jin Woo then meets attorney Dong Ho and asks him to defend his father. However, attorney Dong Ho refuses because Jin Woo can't pay him. Therefore, Jin Woo tries to earn money by using his condition in gambling, but the gambling place owner notices that Jin Woo is counting card and they go after him. However, In Ah is able to save him and they run away. Jin Woo then takes the money to attorney Dong Ho, however, he still refuses and kicks him out.
Episode 3: Remember: War of the Son Episode 3
Attorney Dong Ho learns that the murder of Jeong Ah is related to Gyu Man's party. He then decides to defend Jae Hyuk at court. He also learns that Jae Hyuk was blackmailed to write a confession statement by the detective in charge of the case. By using Jin Woo ability, attorney Dong Ho is able to prove to the court that the confessional statement was illegally obtained. Jin Woo visits the doctor and finds out that his father has Alzheimer's disease. Attorney Dong Ho is able to illegally record Gyu Man in a bar confessing to murdering Jeong Ah. Gyu Man finds the bug and goes to see attorney Dong Ho, who blackmails him with the video. Jin Woo and In Ah sneaks into Gyu Man's home and because of his ability he is able to notice that one of the dress is missing, which he has seen previously in a video chat with his father the day of the party. Jin Woo and In Ah both see the video of Gyu Man confessing.
Episode 4: Remember: War of the Son Episode 4
Jae Hyuk's doctor, co-worker and even Dong Ho turn their backs on Jae Hyuk and Jin Woo. They give false accounts and Dong Ho refuses to show the video of Gyu Man. Meanwhile, Jung Ah's father finds Seo Beom's business card in Jung Ah's diary but is soon found dead.
Episode 5: Remember: War of the Son Episode 5
Jin Woo has taken on Song Jae Ik as an apprentice. Nam Gyu Man is upset when the Vice President is given credit for the company's growth.
Episode 6: Remember: War of the Son Episode 6
Le In Ah tries to reconnect with Jin Woo after seeing him in court. Nam Gyu Man finds out that Jin Woo is preparing to appeal his father's conviction.
Episode 7: Remember: War of the Son Episode 7
Jin Woo gets something more valuable than a fee from the Vice President. He finds a witness who can back up his father's alibi, but then falls into Gyu Man's trap.
Episode 8: Remember: War of the Son Episode 8
Now Jin Woo must clear his own name before he can help his father. Attorney Park wants to help Jin Woo.
Episode 9: Remember: War of the Son Episode 9
A video surfaces that opens up Seo Jae Hyuk's case for retrial, but clearing his name will not be easy.
Episode 10: Remember: War of the Son Episode 10
Disgusted by the corruption, In Ah leaves her job as a prosecutor. The retrial continues, but it might be too late for Seo Jae Hyuk.
Episode 11: Remember: War of the Son Episode 11
Jin Woo refuses to back down and begins to exact his revenge. Detective Gwak digs his own grave.
Episode 12: Remember: War of the Son Episode 12
Attorney Park starts to dig into Ilho Group's shady past. Allegiances are evaluated and changed.
Episode 13: Remember: War of the Son Episode 13
Gwak gives Jin Woo a gift. Nam Yeo Gyeong puts together some puzzle pieces. Jin Woo uses the Smile Bulb trial to expose Ilho Group.
Episode 14: Remember: War of the Son Episode 14
In Ah finds out the secret that Jin Woo has been keeping. Jin Woo confronts Attorney Park about the car accident.
Episode 15: Remember: War of the Son Episode 15
Nam Gyu Man admits the truth to his sister. Prosecutor Tak may not be as trustworthy as Jin Woo and In Ah think, but they find other allies.
Episode 16: Remember: War of the Son Episode 16
It looks like Nam Gyu Man's world is starting to fall apart, but his father pulls some more strings. Jin Woo finally gets to see Nam Gyu Man stand trial.
Episode 17: Remember: War of the Son Episode 17
Sang Ho begs Jin Woo to take on Attorney Park's case. Judge Kang makes a move that surprises Jin Woo and In Ah.
Episode 18: Remember: War of the Son Episode 18
Jin Woo goes after the real criminal in order to get Attorney Park acquitted and files another request for a retrial for his father's case.
Episode 19: Remember: War of the Son Episode 19
Jin Woo and his friends work to solidify their case for the retrial. Nam Gyu Man and Attorney Hong work on a plan to keep Nam Gyu Man out of jail.
Episode 20: Remember: War of the Son Episode 20
Preparations are underway for the final session of Nam Gyu Man's trial. Who will prevail?
