Ikuo is transferred to Central Office as Tatsuya is promoted within the Yakuza ranks. However, whilst Ikuo must chase down a cop killer, with a possible link to his new partner, Hibino is approaches by Shinichi in regards to Ikuo and his arrests having a connection to the Yakuza Danno Tatsuya.

Ikuo must deal with Hibino and Chono’s investigation, meanwhile, Tatsuya gets shot by two officers from ‘Public Safety’…and when a shooting occurs Ikuo defends Hibino which might put all he’s worked for at risk.

Ikuo finds out some of identities of their enemies and whilst he and Tatsuya track down the son of a dead Yakuza they have a deadly encounter with those who killed Yuiko-sensei…

After the events at Rainbow Land- Ikuo remembers something about that night- Yuiko-sensei pointed the gun at him. Meanwhile, Hibino finds herself in a predicament and falls into dangerous hands…

Hibino is kidnapped by a former resident of Mahoroba, Nachi Sousuke, who has his own personal tragedy from back then. Tastuya and Ikuo bump heads over Hibino’s kidnapping causing Tatsuya to make a decision he can’t undo…

Whilst trying to prove that Tatsuya didn’t murder Hibino’s father- they uncover the truth about Mahoroba, and Nachi finds out what happened to his sister…

Knowing now who is behind everything- Tatsuya tries to protect Ikuo by finishing it alone but when Ikuo won’t let him they must find out if Ikuo is able to kill his own Father?
