Episode 1: Kill Me, Heal Me Episode 1
Do Hyun is the chaebol of the Seungjin Group, who was struck by a tragedy in the past. Now, Do Hyun lives in the US and is receiving treatment for his multiple personality disorder. Se Gi, the cool, violent personality Do Hyun has, causes him to violently attack one of his friend's father for revenge. Se Gi then moves Do Hyun back to Korea under the condition that his grandmother will name him the successor to the Seungjin Group. Instead, Do Hyun is assigned as the vice president of a subsidiary called ID Entertainment. Do Hyun goes to a welcome party in a club that his cousin Ki Joon held. He meets Chae Yun, whom he likes, and Ri Jin, who he thought to be a mentally unstable patient but is actually a psychiatrist. Ri Jin then hits him while she is attempting to catch an escaped patient. Dong Hyun changes to Se Gi and steals a jacket from a guy who later calls his friends. Episode 2: Kill Me, Heal Me Episode 2
Se Gi wins the fight, follows Ri Jin to the hospital and asks her to dress up to go out with him. When Ri Jin is gone, Se Gi strangles Dr. Seok and asks him to give up on treatment so he can put Do Hyun's personality to sleep forever. Do Hyun wakes up before killing Dr. Seok, and he tells Do Hyun that Se Gi wants to be the master persona, and he seems to have found his first love. Dr. Seok warns that with Se Gi’s personality, it’s more likely to be an obsession and being unable to attain his object, he could flip to violence and the object of his affections would be in danger. While Ri Jin is still waiting, she sees Do Hyun, and she thinks he rejected her since he pretended to not know her. Do Hyun goes to Chae Yeon, thinking she is Se Gi’s first love and tells her to ignore him completely. Episode 3: Kill Me, Heal Me Episode 3
Do Hyun tries to change Se Gi, but instead changes to Perry Park, the middle-aged bomb maker's alter ego. Perry Park goes to save Ri Jin after being offended that they are using a woman against him. Instead, he fails and is captured, too. Do Hyun’s grandmother delay Hyun’s speech by telling the board members he had a car accident and will be a little late. Ri Jin is forced to call Ri On to ask about the whereabouts of the jacket but manages to give him some hints about the drugs inside the jacket. Police officers catch the man when he arrives to retrieve the jacket. Do Hyun wakes up and saves Ri Jin from the explosion when accidentally one of the men activates Perry Park's bomb. Fortunately, Do Hyun is able to arrive at the board meeting. Do Hyun’s mother finds Joon Pyo, Do Hyun's father, who was hidden by Do Hyun's grandmother. Episode 4: Kill Me, Heal Me Episode 4
Ki Joon finds out that Do Hyun was involved in a scandal at a hospital with a psychiatrist called Ri Jin. Do Hyun started experiencing co-consciousness and seeing Se Gi in real life. Do Hyun asks Ri Jin to stay away and never meet him again to protect her from Se Gi. Ri Jin receives a call from Chief Ahn because Do Hyun is missing. Meanwhile, Do Hyun finds himself in his grandmother's house and notices a hidden message chalked onto the floor: “I’m NANA,” accompanied by a drawing of a teddy bear. Do Hyun's mother threatens CEO Tae Im that she will reveal Seungjin Group’s worst secrets if she insists on kicking her out. Do Hyun overhears the last of this encounter and asks his mother about his lost memory. She pretends that she is bluffing to stay alive in the household. Episode 5: Kill Me, Heal Me Episode 5
Dr. Seok tells Chief Ahn that Se Gi may have kidnapped Ri Jin. Meanwhile, Se Gi takes Ri Jin to a hotel and asks her to choose between him and Do Hyun. He then gives her presents and tells her she used to like these in the past; however, Ri Jin is confused and doesn’t know what he means. Se Gi then leads Ri Jin to a fake carriage where they can watch a fireworks display, and he kisses her. While kissing, Se Gi changes to Do Hyun. Do Hyun is shocked by what is going on and meets secretly with Dr. Seok. He has figured out that Ri Jin is Se Gi’s first love since Se Gi has never before confessed to liking anyone. Both Ri Jin and Do Hyun are confused about their feelings after the kiss. Do Hyun changes to Perry Park and goes to Ri Jin’s family restaurant, but before entering, he changes back. However, Ri On sees him inside the car and invites him in. Ri Jin’s family think Di Hyun is named Perry Park. However, while Ri Jin and Do Hyun are in the cellar, they are locked inside. Episode 6: Kill Me, Heal Me Episode 6
Ri Jin hits Do Hyun while he is about to kiss her and falls on top of him. Ri Jin's family starts thinking that Ri Jin likes Do Hyun. Do Hyun wakes up the next day and finds his house trashed by Se Gi, who is angry because Do Hyun tried kissing Ri Jin. He threatens Do Hyun that if he touches Ri Jin, he will hurt Chae Yun. Dr. Park tells Ri Jin a VIP wants a home visit and specifically requested her, and it turns out Do Hyun was the one. Do Hyun tells her she is best qualified to treat him because she’s the only person Se Gi has cooperated with. Chae Yeon sees Ri Jin leaving Do Hyun’s house and demands to meet him. He tells her she was his first love, but he gives up when he finds out she has feelings for Ki Jun. Dr. Seok advises Ri Jin to go study abroad for six months instead. Do Hyun’s mother finds the scribbles on the floor that Na Na wrote. Do Hyun changes to Ahn Yo Sub the suicidal personality, and tells Ri Jin to find him in an hour or he will kill himself. Chairwoman Seo tells secretary Ahn that she knows Do Hyeon has a problem, but she doesn't want to know what it is but wants him to protect Do Hyeon until his father wakes up. Ri Jin arrives 2 minutes late but manages to save Yo Sub, and he turns back to Do Hyeon. Do Hyeon reports to Dr. Seok, and the doctor asks him not to pursue Ri Jin as his secret physician. She will be in danger the longer she stays near him. Do Hyeon is still searching for the Omega-3 writer, and Chief Ahn reports that they may be able to approach the author through his fan club. Do Hyeon’s mother hires a private investigator to find Seo Yeon’s missing son. Do Hyeon goes on a blind date; Chae Yeon comes and tells Do Hyeon’s date that Do Hyeon already has a girlfriend who is a doctor. At the airport, Ri Jin says goodbye to her family and leaves. Do Hyeon tell Ri Jin that she will live with him and keep watch of him 24/7. Gi Jun goes to Dr. Seok and tries to find out what is wrong with Do Hyeon, but Dr. Seok refuses to tell him. Gi Jun finds out about what Chae Yeon did in Do Hyeon’s blind date and thinks that she switched Do Hyeon because of his position in the company. Do Hyeon teaches Ri Jin everything about his personalities and his family members. Chae Yeon comes to Do Hyeon’s house but finds Ri Jin with him. Do Hyeon goes to the Omega 3 fan-reading event with Ri Jin, who is forced to accompany him. Ri On suddenly appears there, and Do Hyeon manages to help Ri Jin escape. Do Hyeon thinks Ri On is an Omega 3 fan, and they start talking about the book “The Child in the Basement.” Do Hyeon collapses, and Ri Jin manages to slip Do Hyeon out. However, Ri On sees Ri Jin getting in the car with Do Hyeon while they are escaping. Do Hyeon changes to Yo Na, an idol-chasing schoolgirl. While walking home, Do Hyeon kiss Ri Jin. After the kiss, Ri Jin is shy and tries to escape but Do Hyeon catches her. Do Hyeon is opening himself up to love for the first time since discovering his illness, and the only obstacle is Se Gi. When Ri Jin tries to have a consultation with Do Hyeon, he suddenly starts to switch to all his known personality except for Si Gi. Gi Jun apologizes to Chae Yeon, and she changes her mind about delaying their engagement and tells him to name the date. Ri Jin starts working as Do Hyeon's secretary. Ri On meets Do Hyeon and tells him he is the Omega writer and agrees to turn his novels into movies. Dr. Seok suspects that Ri Jin may be associated with the trauma that caused Do Hyeon to develop split personalities. Ri On asks Do Hyeon to arrange for him to meet with Ri Jin. Se Gi is angry to find Ri Jin sleeping next to him and asks her why she is here. She tells him about becoming Do Hyeon’s secret doctor, and he jumps to the conclusion that her job is to get rid of him. Gi Jun gives Chae Yeon their engagement ring, and after living Se Gi comes to visit her because Do Hyeon broke the rules. Ri Jin arrives when Se Gi was coming out of Chae Yeon's house and demands to know what happened with Chae Yeon. Se Gi tells her to use her imagination according to how much she trusts him. Ri Jin finds out that Se Gi knows the year’s worth of Do Hyeon's missing memory and asks if she is in them. Se Gi promises to tell her only if she chooses him. Se Gi embarrasses Gi Jun at the company. Do Hyeon's mother meets Ri Jin and Ri Jin asks her about what happened in the past, but Se Gi comes and takes her. Ri On takes Ri Jin home after finding out that Do Hyeon has DID. Se Gi threatens his grandmother and demands to have the company. Episode 11: Kill Me, Heal Me Episode 11
Do Hyeon takes his father away and Chairwoman Seo starts searching for her son. Ri Jin tells Ri On that she is leaving and going back with Se Gi with or without her family’s approval. Ri On then tells her he will take her there. Gi Jun and his father discuss the chairwoman’s collapse and how it could be an opportunity for them. Ri Jin asks Se Gi to follow three rules. 1st, he must not get angry. 2nd, even if he does get angry he must not use violence. 3rd, he must not ruin anyone else’s reputation. Chae Yeon remembers the night when Se Gi came to her house and how he offers her the choice to keep meeting after she gets married, without Gi Jun knowing. After going to work, Gi Jun brings Se Gi up to speed on his next task, which involves convincing the leader of an idol group to renew his contract. Do Hyeon is shocked to wake up next to his father and is suddenly taken by chairwoman Seo's man. Do Hyeon apologizes to his grandmother and ask her if there was another child in Seungjin Group in the past. Chairwoman Seo notices the inconsistency in Do Hyeon's actions and memory. Ri On lies to Ri Jin about the material she found by telling her it is just research for his next project. Chae Yeon comes to meet Do Hyeon and hugs him, at the same time Ri Jin sees them and pulls Do Hyeon away from Chae Yeon thinking he is Se Gi. Do Hyeon tells Ri Jin that he is back and she reports to him what happened while he was gone. Gi Jun demanding an explanation from Do Hyeon as to why his car was outside Chae Yeon’s house. Do Hyeon tells him there’s a misunderstanding and he has no feelings for her. Dr. Seok tells chairwoman Seo about Do Hyeon’s DID. Ri Jin faints in the basement and she starts having a nightmare. Later, Do Hyeon tells Ri Jin that his plan is to look for the missing child. RI Jin and Do Hyeon decide to go on a trip, but he then tells her that he will go to Chae Yeon because he feels responsible for her because Se Gi has her so mixed up. Do Hyeon’s mother came back to Korean when she found out that Do Hyeon has been fired. Do Hyeon tells her that he already knows his mother is searching for the missing child and that his father was the abuser. Do Hyeon while meeting Ri On, changes to Yo Na and start flirting with Ri On. Ri On can’t bring himself to play along with Yo Na, causes her to run away. Ri On and Ri Jin run after her. She kisses Ri On, Ri Jin’s hits her and she faints. Do Hyeon wakes up in Ri On’s room and Ri On promises to explain everything in detail. Ri On tells Do Hyeon he was investigating what happened with Do Hyeon’s father, Seo Yeon, and Do Hyeon’s biological mother. Later, Do Hyeon stays the night in Ri Jin’s house. Ri Jin wonders why Ri On has such clear childhood memories when she has a few. Ri On reminds her of Mom’s explanation, that during a big house-fire when they were children, only she inhaled the toxic fumes which affected her memories. Ri Jin tells Ri On that she knows that they are not real siblings. Do Hyeon and Ri Jin go to the basement they kiss. Do Hyeon remembers that he was not the child abused instead it was the other child. Do Hyeon tells his grandmother that he will find out and reveal happened in the past. Do Hyeon’s mother finds out that Ri Jin is the missing child, and orders her men to kidnap her. Ri On tells Do Hyeon that Ri Jin was kidnapped, and Do Hyeon tracks Ri Jin’s phone. Do Hyeon’s mother orders her men to retreat fearing being exposed. Chief Ahn starts investigating about the owner of the villa Ri Jin was locked at. Ri Jin now is certain that she plays a part in Do Hyeon’s repressed memories, and she’s determined to regain her own forgotten past to help him heal. Do Hyeon asks Ri Jin to stop trying to recover her memories. Chae Yeon returns the engagement ring to Gi Jun and says there is someone else she wants to have. Ri On and Do Hyeon find out that the person who ordered for Ri Jin to be kidnapped is Do Hyeon’s mother. Ri On begs Do Hyeon to leave Ri Jin, and Do Hyeon agrees but asks for a favor. Ri Jin’s mother tells Ri Jin if she wants to know who her real parents are, but Ri Jin refuses to know. Do Hyeon fights with his mother and finds out that Ri Jin is not actually his sister. Do Hyeon’s mother strikes a deal with his uncle; Do Hyeon takes the group’s department store and car subsidiaries and she will tell Yeong Pyo a secret. Do Hyeon tells Ri On about what happened in the past and asking him to write a novel about it. At the end of the date, Do Hyeon thanks Ri Jin and tells her she is no longer needed because his mother and grandmother already know about his disorder. Chairwoman Seo calls Ri Jin and when Ri Jin is there, she started remembering parts of her past. Chairwoman Seo asks Do Hyeon to return to the company, but he refuses. Chief Ahn gives Do Hyeon the family registry, and Do Hyeon is confused because his name was already registered before he was introduced to the family. Ri Jin asks her mother about her real parents; her mother gives her an envelope with her real mother’s things and explains who her real father is.
